Five new exhibitors will take part in the BFM hosted 2018 London Fabric Show, which is now full. Joining the prestigious European exhibitor line-up are: Girones and Castilla Textil from Spain, Imatex from Italy, LUKS Velvet from Turkey and Aquitane from the UK.
The two-day event takes place on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th of February at the Chelsea F.C. ground, at Stamford Bridge in Fulham.
Family owned Girones from Valencia, has been making soft furnishing fabrics since 1935 and focuses on fine linens and natural cottons in florals, stripes, checks, sophisticated ethnic prints and geometrics. With a large factory in Toledo, Castilla Textill was founded in the 1970’s and uses modern technology to digitally and conventionally print designs on to a variety of textiles.
Imatex, from Lombardy, north of Milan, are another family owned company and export their fabrics worldwide. They are a leading manufacturer of jacquard fabrics and concentrate on high creative and technological content. Turkish LÜKS Velvet produces upholstery, drapery and decorative velvets in plains, jacquards and with embroidery and are another company whose fabrics are exported worldwide.
Bringing the number of UK exhibitors to 7, is Stockport based Aquitane, who is also a worldwide exporter. It is a major fabric designer and producer of upholstery and soft furnishing fabrics concentrating on innovative fabric production and design. It will also develop individual designs for its customers.
Joining them are 33 returning producers and suppliers from Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Germany and the UK showing new designs and fabric treatments for upholstery, bed and soft furnishing manufacturers.
